How to Get from MANILA to PUERTO GALERA by Bus Travel Guide

Looking for a hassle-free way to travel from Manila to Puerto Galera by bus?

In this video, we’ll show you the easiest and most comfortable route to get from Manila to Batangas Pier, and then boat ride to Puerto Galera.

First, Find any bus going to Batangas pier. It will take you about an hour to get there.

At Batangas, they finally built a brand new area for the buses to let you off directly at the terminal.
It's nice and clean, you get off and you enter directly into Batangas Pier. The biggest improvement they had so far.

Once you get inside turn left, they have coffee shops, food stores, and more.

Then you will see the area where you book your tickets for boats going to Puerto Galera.
The boats start running at 6 am and the last trip is 4:30 PM, they have about ten to twelve trips per day.
But remember that schedules are still subject to change without prior notice.

Once you get inside the departure area you can see all the way to your right they got hot and cold filtered water dispensers.

Then it's about one hour and a half boat trip to Balatero Pier.
You get off turn left or just follow the line of tourists entering through the Tourism personnel booth where you have to pay for the environmental users fee.

Then you go out to find a trike or a van and it's about 10 minutes trip to BADLADZ Beach Resort.

👉 Bus from Cubao to Batangas Port. Fastcraft going to Balatero Port Puerto Galera. Tricycle going to White Beach. This video was taken on May 30-June1, 2025.
How to get there?
1. Ride a bus in JAM TRANSPORT Cubao. First trip is 1AM. Fare is
269 pesos. The travel will take almost 3 hours.
2. Ride a fastcraft in Batangas Port. Montenegro Lines fare is 600 pesos. First trip 6:00AM Monday only. Next is 10:00AM and last trip is 2:00PM. Terminal Fee is 30 pesos.
3. Pay their Environment fee for tourist 120 pesos. Then, ride a tricycle going to the White beach. Mga nakapilang tricycle they have a fixed rate of 250 pesos. If you will walk sa highway (Calapan N Rd) Yung tricycle na cost 150 pesos each.
Hotel/Accommodations nila ranges from ₱4,850 pesos via Agoda App.
We stayed at Tropicana Dive Hotel Sabang Beach.
